Arbigland Shore
Hugh has been based in Dumfries & Galloway for many years and was involved with the management of the Gracefield Arts Centre during the early 1970s.
He became a full-time painter in the mid 1970s and has exhibited his work, focusing mainly on landscape painting, through the UK. He attended the Rode Island College of Art New York and Edinburgh College of Art.
