Burnsiana

Robert Burns image has, over the years since his death, become something of an icon both locally in the south west and nationally across Scotland. Reproductions of his works, his image and that of his characters have become an industry in themselves, whether they be faithful copies of books or paintings, or tacky souvenirs.
