Made by Gilbert previous to my husbands death are just and agreeable and to my husbands order ……………and also that the sums charged since that period are in like manner just excepting the article of four pounds five shillings the particulars of which … … …with and I approve of the title above mentioned being settled agreeable to the above: Jean Burns"
