The second edition of Robert Burns' poems was dedicated to the Noblemen and Gentlemen of the Caledonian Hunt.

 

The book is bound in red leather with gilt detail and a garland of thistles on the front board, and features an oval portrait of Burns on the frontispiece, after Naysmyth.
