Punch ladle of Dumfries Burns Club

This silver punch ladle, along with the punch bowl, serving mugs and three dozen wine glasses were purchased by Dumfries Burns Club at the time of its foundation, in January 1820.   The items were used annually in the events to celebrate the birth of Robert Burns.
