Binding: Light brown leather on board; tooled decoration; gold decoration on the spine; title, place & date on the spine in gold; marbled end-paper; cream wove paper with red edges (previously silvered?)

 

Marks: Embossed "Burns Monument Kilmarnock", on the title page. James McKie private library number "101"
