Binding: brown leather on boards; title, vol., and date on spine in gold; beige laid end-paper; cream wove paper.

 

Marks: Embossed "Burns Monument Kilmarnock", on the title page of both volumes. James McKie private library numbers "75" & "74".

 

Illustrations: "Embellished with beautiful Engravings", on title page of both volumes. Vignettes throughout both volumes.
